Multi-Source feedback is required for revalidation for most doctors. The only exception is when a doctor works in a role where it is not possible to get feedback from a certain cohort – for example a doctor fulfilling a histopathologist role may be unable to provide patient feedback. Any exceptions would be agreed by the responsible officer.
ACI offer both patient and colleague feedback and provide a report that can be reflected on in your appraisal.
For existing appraisal customers, feedback can be completed via L2P or GMC questionnaires. If you are not a current appraisal customer then we recommend completing via GMC questionnaires to avoid the extra licensing costs.
